PROGRAMS & PROJECTS

The Castle Rock Downtown Alliance consists of two separate entities, the Downtown Merchants Association and the Downtown Development Authority. Between the two entities there are a handful of programs offered and projects that these organizations have facilitated that help create a vibrant downtown.
